FAQ

What are the maximum design and operating pressures for your heat exchangers?

The maximum design and operating pressures depend on the type of heat exchanger, the materials used and the applicable design standards.

We design heat exchangers for applications ranging from vacuum (approximately -1 barg) to 1000 barg. With Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers (PCHEs), even higher design pressures are possible.

During the engineering phase, we determine the design pressure based on the process conditions, safety margins and the applicable standards and guidelines. This ensures you receive a heat exchanger that is optimally suited to your process and meets all relevant requirements.
