Today is World Engineering Day for Sustainable Development, aka WED (and yes, it actually falls on a Wednesday this year 😉). This official UNESCO day celebrates the power of engineering to change the world.

As Heat Transfer Engineers, we’re building a sustainable future by optimizing our customers’ industrial processes with smart heat exchanger solutions. We also believe in keeping engineering a ‘hot topic’ for the next generation. We’ve partnered with schools to help educate and inspire students, and we’re seeing that talent come to life within our own team. On that note, we’re thrilled to have a new young engineer launching his career at Kapp this week! Welcome to the team, Roy!
